Analysis of Chondroitin Sulfate and Carrageenan Using Non-Porous ODS Columns (ELSD)
Chondroitin sulfate and carrageenan, which are high molecular weight polysaccharides with molecular weights ranging from 700,000 to 1,000,000 Da, tend to produce broad peaks and are difficult to analyze using size exclusion (SEC) columns or porous reversed-phase columns.
The non-porous ODS column Presto FF-C18 is suitable for analyzing such high molecular weight substances due to its lack of pores.

Reversed-Phase Separation of the Synthetic Sweetener Sucralose
The synthetic sweetener sucralose was separated using a high-theoretical plate column, Unison UK-C18 (250 x 4.6 mm, 3 μm), with gradient elution and detected by ELSD. This resulted in extremely sharp peaks.

Analysis of Catechins and Flavonoids in Medicinal Herbs (Asenoyaku and Koganehana)
Catechins and flavonoids such as baicalin in the medicinal herbs Asenoyaku and Koganehana were simultaneously analyzed using the Unison UK-C18 column.
