Reversed-Phase Analysis of Hydrophobic Proteins

Hydrophobic proteins can be difficult to elute using standard wide-pore C4 columns. The Intrada WP-RP column features a fixed-phase surface design specifically to address this issue. The authors utilized Intrada WP-RP column to investigate the elution behavior and quantification methods for hydrophobic proteins, achieving favorable results.
