LC-MS/MS Analysis of Monosaccharides (ESI, Negative Mode)
The LC-MS analysis of monosaccharides is a relatively challenging task.
They have enabled the LC-MS analysis of monosaccharides using the Unison UK-Amino column and a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer through product ion monitoring.
Silica-based amino columns are generally unsuitable for LC-MS due to high column bleed, but the Unison UK-Amino column is designed for low bleed and long lifespan, making it highly regarded worldwide for the LC-MS analysis of saccharides.
The Unison UK-Amino column excels in the LC-MS analysis of saccharides.
