Effective LC-MS Analysis Method for Isomers of Sugar Phosphates and Organic Acids
Biochemically significant sugar phosphates are highly polar anionic compounds that pose significant challenges for HPLC analysis.
This paper reports research findings using our developed LC-MS column, Intrada Organic Acid, demonstrating effective separation of isomers of sugar phosphates such as G1P/G6P and S6P/T6P.
The Intrada Organic Acid column exhibits powerful capabilities not only for carboxylic acids but also for the LC-MS analysis of organic phosphate compounds.
