LC-TOFMS Analysis of Phospholipids

Phospholipids are a group of compounds that are difficult to analyze due to their low polarity and the presence of phosphate groups. Here, the combination of a wide-pore ODS CW-C18 column and a non-aqueous neutral mobile phase enables high-speed, high-sensitivity LC-MS analysis with excellent peak shapes. Furthermore, compared to the Fused Core™ 2.7 μm superficially porous ODS column, this method achieves approximately twice the sensitivity at high speed.
