High-Throughput Amino Acid Composition Analysis System
Traditional amino acid composition analysis of proteins and peptides required sealing in ampoules and labor-intensive hydrochloric acid hydrolysis for 24 hours. The newly developed high-speed hydrolysis device AHST-10 by Hypep Research Institute allows for easy sealing using dedicated high-quality glass vials, completes high-temperature hydrolysis in just 3 hours, and can process up to 16 samples simultaneously, making it extremely convenient.
Using this high-throughput hydrolysis device and the Intrada Amino Acid column for non-derivatized LC-MS analysis dramatically improves the operational efficiency of traditional amino acid composition analysis.
This new technology, a collaboration between Hypep Research Institute and IMTAKT, made in Japan, is expected to contribute to global research on proteins and peptides.
