Simultaneous LC-MS/MS Analysis of 15 Water-Soluble Vitamins in Beverages and Nutritional Supplements

We developed an analysis method for 15 water-soluble vitamins, which are difficult to analyze using ODS columns, by employing the Scherzo SM-C18 column and the Shimadzu LCMS-8040. This method can be applied to commercially available beverages and nutritional supplements.
