A 10 mm inner diameter column is effective for preparative work where trace amounts of target compounds obtained from analytical runs are collected in milligram quantities while maintaining high separation performance.
In addition to the ultimate 250 x 10 mm high-theoretical plate column using 3 μm technology, we also offer ultra-fast and preparative 30 mm long columns, including those for combinatorial chemistry.
We also provide 10 mm inner diameter columns of non-porous ODS, Presto FF-C18, with 2 μm particles. Of course, 5 μm particle columns are also available as in previous models.

Low-pressure preparative separation has become possible with the excellent surface structure of Cadenza and Unison columns. The load capacity is about four times that of 10 mm inner diameter columns. We also offer 50 mm long columns for combinatorial chemistry.
