10mm Length Ultra-Fast Column

Ultra-High Speed and Long Lifespan

We have shortened the length of conventional high-throughput columns (20-35mm) to the extreme length of 10mm. This allows the analysis time to be shortened to as little as 20 seconds (10mm length). The initial retention time (t0) is just 2 seconds (10x2mm, 1mL/min), enabling ultra-fast separation to start within seconds.

As shown in the above figure (Alkylparaben), the column offers high separation performance, capable of eluting one peak in approximately 2 seconds. Additionally, unlike inexpensive cartridge columns, it is designed for long life, enduring over 2000 gradients.

To achieve high resolution and longevity, we have uniquely designed the empty column, including distributor and frit end-fitting structures. Of course, optimization for high-pressure packing has also been carried out.

The column is packed with high-resolution 3μm packing materials, such as Cadenza and Unison, providing columns with high throughput and separation performance. We also offer similar 20mm length columns from various manufacturers. A wide range of line-ups is available, including different inner diameters and lengths.
