This column addresses the challenge of retaining ionizable highly polar substances that were traditionally problematic with ODS columns, without requiring the addition of ion-pair reagents. Moreover, it facilitates separation of both anionic and cationic compounds in a single column.
Designed to maintain fundamental hydrophobicity similar to traditional ODS, it allows for analysis conditions to be evaluated in comparison with a reference column (Unison UK-C18).
